Instructions for the 2020-2021 academic year

  • In its activities in the 2020/2021 academic year, Multilingua Language Center is being guided by the instructions approved by the Ministry of Education and Science and the Health Board.
  • In accordance with the instructions we have also introduced requirements for safe indoor stay at Multilingua Language Center. The requirements apply to both Multilingua employees (including instructors) and students.
  • People with symptoms of illness (cough, runny nose, fever, etc.) are prohibited from entering Multilingua premises or staying there. The head of the Multilingua Language Center or a person authorized by him/her has the right to ask any persons with signs of illness to leave the premises. If employee’s health condition allows, he/she can continue working from the home office.
  • When entering the premises, everyone should disinfect their hands using the provided means. You can also use your own disinfectant. If the situation calls for it, a mask should be worn. You can use your own mask, but the Language Center also provides them. The head of the Multilingua Language Center or a person authorized by him/her has the right to require the wearing of a mask.
  • Any person who suspects they have a coronavirus, should contact their family doctor, seek advice by calling family doctors’ advice line 1220 or by calling 1247 – the line specifically set up to answer coronavirus-related questions. If necessary, an ambulance can be called by dialing 112.
  • In a case of getting a positive coronavirus test result, you should as soon as possible notify the Language Center (e-mail: ; phone: +372 640 8540) and you shall not come to the premises of the Language Center.
  • Multilingua Language Center pays great attention to measures for the prevention of airborne infections:
    • Indoor air is high-quality, which is ensured by an efficient ventilation system;
    • Daily wet cleaning is performed. Chairs/tables, doorknobs, dining tables, etc. are cleaned with appropriate detergents/disinfectants;
    • Furniture is cleaned twice a week;
    • Items and surfaces in WCs are cleaned and disinfected daily;
    • WCs are stocked with sufficient handwash and foot-openable waste containers. Dry your hands with a paper towel or with an automatic dryer.
  • Unforeseen circumstances in the work of the Language Center shall be addressed on an individual basis. The most important thing is to ensure the well-being and health of people.
