Over the years, we have developed and grown in our expertise as trainers thanks to our internal needs and market demands.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the Competency Center is to create a space for the development of people working in both the public and private sectors in order to cope even better in today&#8217;s fast-changing world and intense competition.<\/p>\n<p>We offer a new approach to the development of self-management and communication skills for educators as well as company managers and teams, and also methodological training courses for foreign language teachers.<\/p>\n<p>An integrated development program based on the principles of future management, created for companies and authorities, combines both personal and professional development.<\/p>\n<p>The Multilingua Competency Center participates in the international ERASMUS+ program.
