developer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Field of work<\/strong>: education, business<\/p>\n<p>As for my university degree, I am a teacher of English and French languages. I have been working as a trainer, lecturer, and mentor for over 20 years, in recent years, mainly as a supervisor and coach. As a member of the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association (ESCA), I lead the working group of ESCA in the field of education, which contributes to the implementation of changes in the Estonian education system through the popularization of supervision. In addition, I belong to the international associations ANSE and ICF.<\/p>\n<p>On a daily basis, I operate as a coach and supervisor, and I am a partner of the Multilingua language and competence center, where I am responsible for the development of the coaching culture, teacher development programs, and training in the field of coaching, supervision, and development.<\/p>\n<p>My favorite topics are cooperation and communication, creating motivation, conflict resolution, encouraging accountability, self-management, and managing emotions.<\/p>\n<p>In my work, I mainly proceed from a systemic and solution-oriented approach.
