Prices of all goods sold in the Web Store are listed in euros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information about products is displayed in the Web Store directly near the respective product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Submission of the order<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the buyer orders the products, he or she must add the desired products to the cart. To submit the order, all required data fields must be completed. Payments are made in a secure environment of the Web Store \u2013 when the buyer pays via a bank link, payment is made in a secure environment of the respective bank, and when the buyer pays on the basis of an invoice, payment is made in the customer\u2019s own internet back. The seller does not have any access to the bank details of the customer. The contract enters into effect from the time when the amount due to be paid is transferred to the settlement account of the Web Store.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The owner of the Web Store is the controller of the personal data, which sends the personal data required for completion of payments to the authorised processor Montonio Finance UAB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the order cannot be completed for any reason, the Web Store informs the buyer thereof as soon as possible and returns the money paid without delay, however, not later than within 14 days following receipt of the respective notice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Right of withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After completion of the order the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Web Store within 14 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 14-day right of withdrawal is valid if the customer has not logged into the Perfectly Spoken web platform and\/or used the study materials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the study materials have already been opened by the customer, then in accordance with Section 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act the customer cannot withdraw from the order and the right of withdrawal is not valid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To withdraw from the order the customer must submit <a href=\"https:\/\/multilingua.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/tarbijaga-sidevahendi-abil-solmitud-lepingust-taganemise-avaldus.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">request<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0for withdrawal, sending it to e-mail address <a class=\"mail-link\" href=\"mailto:info@multilingua.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-enc-email=\"vasb&#091;at&#093;zhygvyvathn.rr\" data-wpel-link=\"ignore\"><span id=\"eeb-306503-105692\">info@multilingua.ee<\/span><\/a> not later than within 14 days following conclusion of the contract in the Web Shop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Web Store returns to the bank account of the customer all payments received from the buyer on the basis of the contract not later than within 14 days following receipt of the notice of withdrawal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Right to submit a claim<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Web Store is responsible for non-conformity of the product sold to the buyer with the terms and conditions of the contract or for defects which appeared due to circumstances caused by the Web Store.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Web Store responds to a complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a format which can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Direct marketing and processing of personal data<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Web Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the products to the buyer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Web Store sends to the buyer e-mails and offers based on the need to complete the order and to receive feedback about customer experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Resolution of disputes<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the buyer has any claims against the Web Store, the buyer must send them to e-mail address <a class=\"mail-link\" href=\"mailto:info@multilingua.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-enc-email=\"vasb&#091;at&#093;zhygvyvathn.rr\" data-wpel-link=\"ignore\"><span id=\"eeb-306503-105692\">info@multilingua.ee<\/span><\/a>\u00a0or call <a href=\"tel:+3726408540\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">+372 640 8540<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the buyer and the Web Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee has competence for resolution of disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Web Store.
