I started learning Spanish in 1985. We formed a ClubCastellano based on the group at that time and we were always looking for opportunities to study further with different teachers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 1989 I have been working as a guide with Spanish-speaking tourists. It is this work that has allowed me to practice the language actively and to constantly improve my skills. In 1994 1996, I attended a Master’s course at the University of Bergen on Spanish language and Latin American studies. The next two years were really intense academic study years, but also a time of many interesting meetings and friendships with Spanish-, English-, and Norwegian-speaking students.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 1996, I started teaching Spanish, doing both interpreting and translating, and also continued to work as a guide.<\/span><\/p>\n

I started working as a Spanish teacher at the Multilingua Language Centre in April 1999.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2023, I took part in the A-level training course for teachers of Estonian and since then I have also been teaching Estonian.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is important for me that the students come to the class happy and leave feeling happy, and that we can all acknowledge that we have learned something new.<\/span><\/p>\n
