Estonian language summer camp for children

From summer 2021 Multilingua Language Center has organized Estonian language camps in Tallinn city center. Our summer camp is suitable for children between 6-10 years of age whose native language is not Estonian but who wish to learn it. The camp is run by our enthusiastic and friendly teachers Katrin Boode and Kadri Kosk.

No homework or grades are given!

WHAT WE DO AT THE SUMMER CAMP?

We learn Estonian through various fun activities. They can range from playing (board)games, dancing and singing to doing crafts. In the afternoons we visit various places in Tallinn city center and old town. During these visits and walks children will be able to utilize Estonian language in real situations. The camp language is Estonian as even a small vocabulary is enough to communicate. Through interesting activities we encourage children to expand their vocabulary and learn grammar.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The camp is for children between 6-10 years of age who want to learn and improve their Estonian.

WHEN IS IT?

The language camp dates for next year will be published in Spring of 2025.

WHERE IS IT?

The summer camp begins and ends at Multilingua Language Center at Roosikrantsi 11, with visits to different museums, libraries and playgrounds in the old town and city center.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The price for the five-day camp will be specified Spring 2025. VAT is included in the price. In addition, a private person can deduct from the taxable income the education expenses paid by them during the calendar year for themselves and a child under the age of 26.

• All necessary materials
• Fun lessons and activities in the morning every day
• Warm lunch and healthy snack in the afternoon
• Educational visits to different libraries and museums in the afternoon
• Walks and playtime in various parks
• Playing mini-golf at the Elamusgolfi center
