Multilingua Competency Center

Multilingua Competency Center was created as a natural offshoot of the largest and one of the oldest language schools in Estonia, Multilingua Language Center, which was founded in 1994. Over the years, we have developed and grown in our expertise as trainers thanks to our internal needs and market demands.

The purpose of the Competency Center is to create a space for the development of people working in both the public and private sectors in order to cope even better in today’s fast-changing world and intense competition.

We offer a new approach to the development of self-management and communication skills for educators as well as company managers and teams, and also methodological training courses for foreign language teachers.

An integrated development program based on the principles of future management, created for companies and authorities, combines both personal and professional development.

The Multilingua Competency Center participates in the international ERASMUS+ program. Thanks to our experience managing international projects, we can advise the development, teaching, and project managers of general education schools in writing Erasmus+ and Nordplus projects.
