I have graduated from Tallinn University with a degree as a teacher of the Estonian language as a foreign language and cultural history. My minor was the English language. Already during the last year of my studies, I started working at Multilingua language school as a teacher of Estonian and English. Later when the necessity appeared I also started teaching Russian as a foreign language. Now I teach these three languages at conversational and business languages course for the groups and individuals.
I try to keep myself up to date with the latest trends and techniques, and I am especially interested in gaming techniques and online resources. To do this, I participated at various teachers’ trainings in Estonia, Malta, and Spain.
I believe that to successfully learn a language, one needs interest and a sincere desire to master it. I believe that teaching does not have to be academic, learners should be inspired by engaging and inclusive learning methods.
