Whilst learning Russian in Tallinn, we highly recommend our students to go on pre-arranged organised tours with professional guides to make acquaintance with Estonia’s Soviet heritage. As Estonia was part of the Soviet Union until 1991, the numerosity of these sites is considerable. Also, Estonia has a border with Russia, this makes the destination even more attractive – it is the easternmost border of the EU and NATO. Participating at excursions and visiting historic sites helps one to understand why historic events took place and totally immerse into Russian language and culture in Estonia.
Please have a look at excursion descriptions and find the one that suits your needs.
