Who is Evelyn Soidla?

As a professional coach and supervisor (ISCI), I have been a partner for managers and teams of various levels in both Estonian and international organizations in both the private and public sectors. I often do this in English because I specialize in cultural specificity and diversity and have completed several programs in intercultural coaching.

Additionally, I am very active in the field of education. My previous experience and current competence allow me to create added value in this sector.

I am an active member of coaching and supervision unions, such as, ESCÜ, ANSE and ICF.

From my first education I am an English and French language teacher (BA and MA Tallinn University), I have worked for more than 20 years as a trainer, lecturer and mentor, in recent years mainly as a team developer, coach and supervisor.

I live in a multilingual family (English, German and Estonian) and this experience helps me to create added value for my clients as well.

My favorite topics are: collaboration and communication; self-efficacy; conflict resolution; building motivation; self-management; emotion management.
