TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE WEB STORE
The owner of the web store is OÜ Multilingua Keelekeskus (registry code 10994088), address Roosikrantsi Street 11, Tallinn, Harjumaa 10119.
Effective period of the sale contract, information on the goods and prices
The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchase of goods from the Web Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Web Store are displayed near the products. Prices of all goods sold in the Web Store are listed in euros.
Information about products is displayed in the Web Store directly near the respective product.
Submission of the order
When the buyer orders the products, he or she must add the desired products to the cart. To submit the order, all required data fields must be completed. After that the amount of the payment is displayed on the screen, and it can be securely paid using the following payment options:

- Payments via bank links in Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut

Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance UAB. Payments are made in a secure environment of the Web Store – when the buyer pays via a bank link, payment is made in a secure environment of the respective bank, and when the buyer pays on the basis of an invoice, payment is made in the customer’s own internet back. The seller does not have any access to the bank details of the customer. The contract enters into effect from the time when the amount due to be paid is transferred to the settlement account of the Web Store.
The owner of the Web Store is the controller of the personal data, which sends the personal data required for completion of payments to the authorised processor Montonio Finance UAB.
If the order cannot be completed for any reason, the Web Store informs the buyer thereof as soon as possible and returns the money paid without delay, however, not later than within 14 days following receipt of the respective notice.
Right of withdrawal
After completion of the order the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Web Store within 14 days.
The 14-day right of withdrawal is valid if the customer has not logged into the Perfectly Spoken web platform and/or used the study materials.
If the study materials have already been opened by the customer, then in accordance with Section 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act the customer cannot withdraw from the order and the right of withdrawal is not valid.
To withdraw from the order the customer must submit request for withdrawal, sending it to e-mail address not later than within 14 days following conclusion of the contract in the Web Shop.
The Web Store returns to the bank account of the customer all payments received from the buyer on the basis of the contract not later than within 14 days following receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
Right to submit a claim
The Web Store is responsible for non-conformity of the product sold to the buyer with the terms and conditions of the contract or for defects which appeared due to circumstances caused by the Web Store.
The Web Store responds to a complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a format which can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Web Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the products to the buyer.
The Web Store sends to the buyer e-mails and offers based on the need to complete the order and to receive feedback about customer experience.
Resolution of disputes
If the buyer has any claims against the Web Store, the buyer must send them to e-mail address or call +372 640 8540.
If the buyer and the Web Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee has competence for resolution of disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Web Store. Review of a complaint of the buyer by the Committee is free of charge.
