I am an English language educator and language coach and have been helping adults break through language barriers and build confidence at Multilingua since 2014.
I believe it is important for learning to be interesting and fun. Less is more – there is no need to cram a hundred words at once, because information is acquired in small, manageable steps, 4±2 units at a time.
A bachelor’s degree in special education from Tallinn University gives me the ability to notice a learner’s individual needs, take possible neurodivergences into account, and tailor instruction precisely so that it’s effective for the person.
I have also completed a professional development program from language teacher to language coach (2019–2023). You can read about it HERE and listen to a podcast HERE. I combine traditional teaching with coaching techniques to help learners find effective learning strategies and stay focused. I also encourage learners to use artificial intelligence tools to practice and develop their written expressions.
In my work, I am guided by Carol Dweck’s growth mindset. More important than your current level is the mindset: I can’t do this yet, but I have the will and interest to find out. Language proficiency is not an innate talent but develops through effort and the right strategies.
Teacher training (Haapsalu College of Tallinn University), English philology (University of Tartu), Erasmus+ study mobility, and a year of living in Australia have taught me to see language as a living means of communication and culture, and as an opportunity to broaden one’s world.
I work with both individual and corporate clients, keeping my focus on language coaching.
In my free time, I love reading and discovering the world, people, and languages.

As an adult educator, I:
- identify the needs and expectations of the study group; prepare and adapt learning materials based on the curriculum/training programme;
- support learners in identifying and achieving their individual goals and in aligning them with the overall objectives of the training; support the learners, notice and recognise changes in the learners’ development, and respond to situations in the learning process in a supportive manner;
- regularly collect feedback from the learners on the learning process; analyse the learning process, assess learners’ learning outcomes;
- analyse and evaluate my own activities in the learning process; recognise my strengths and development needs; pay attention to my physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and maintain a healthy work-life balance;
- use relevant information and communication technology (ICT) tools (e.g., interactive smartboards, online platforms such as Zoom and/or Teams, ML information system, cloud services such as Google Drive and/or OneDrive, e-learning platforms, etc.) in the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of the teaching and learning process, as well as for supporting my own professional development; am able to create, use, and share web-based learning materials.
